Grade Level Meetings

This morning we had grade level meetings with all students this morning. This gave me the chance to say hello to everyone and say thank you for the last seven weeks. From what I saw on the blog, the Instagram (@gwmswpg) feed and Facebook students and staff were busy as always doing amazing things. It was fun to see all the things that GW got up to! We are certainly lucky to have such a great staff!

The presentation focused on kindness to make sure everyone is taken care of over the next 10 days leading up to the upcoming break. This can be a stressful time so it's important that we look out for each other and do our best to make everyone else's day a bit better and brighter.

Near the end of the presentation we showed this video. It is a commercial from Thailand and it sends a good message about how helping others will make you feel better and happier. You don't have to have much of anything to be kind.

All of our students were great audience members and we came up with great ways to help each other over the next 10 days. It was a great start to the day.
