RE: St. James-Assiniboia School Division Request for Consent


As of July 1, 2014, Canada’s anti-spam legislation (“CASL”) prevents us from sending any electronic message which is commercial in nature without your consent, unless it is subject to an exemption.

We are therefore requesting your consent to communicate with you electronically regarding activities which might be characterized as commercial, such as invitations to purchase school photographs, team or school wear, yearbooks, whether we sent those messages directly or include them in electronic publications such as Board or school newsletters.
