RE: St. James-Assiniboia School Division Request for Consent

As of July 1, 2014, Canada’s anti-spam legislation (“CASL”) prevents us from sending any electronic message which is commercial in nature without your consent, unless it is subject to an exemption.

We are therefore requesting your consent to communicate with you electronically regarding activities which might be characterized as commercial, such as invitations to purchase school photographs, team or school wear, yearbooks, whether we sent those messages directly or include them in electronic publications such as Board or school newsletters.

If you consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from the St. James-Assiniboia School Division, for the purposes set out above, please check here:

£          Email address: _________________________________________

Your consent to receive these messages can be revoked at any time by contacting the Board or school, using the “unsubscribe” button available on the Board and school websites, or by accessing the “unsubscribe” mechanism that will be included in all commercial electronic messages we send you.
