Who/What is the St. James Scholarship Foundation?
The St. James Scholarship Foundation is a not-for profit organization that was founded in 1938 for the purpose of giving encouragement to and awards for outstanding merit, scholarship and character development. This tradition carries on today with approximately $17,000 being disbursed every year in awards. The Board is comprised of Volunteers, 2 Board office representatives, 1 School Board Trustee and 1 School Principal Representative.
Please consider offering support to the St. James Scholarship Foundation and in turn, the well-deserved students of the St. James-Assiniboia School Division by publicizing the details of the Foundation's Public AGM in your school newsletter, twitter feeds, reader boards and to Parent Council groups.
