Spring is Coming. We hope!

With spring just around the corner we want to remind students of a few things so everyone stays happy and safe!

Stay off the river! It's a matter of time before it becomes unsafe for anyone to walk on the ice. 

Be respectful to our neighbours and local business that may be frequented before school, at lunch, or after school. We have a great group of students at GWMS. Make sure your behaviour in the community matches what you show us every day. 

Please recycle and throw out items that you are finished using or find on the ground. Help make our community green and clean!

Term 3 starts Monday, March 17. One more term to go this year. Lots of time for everyone to maintain and improve their work habits. Report cards go out after spring break (April 9, 2014). 

Keep your iPads safe and stay safe online! Be careful who you are talking to online and the apps you use. Remember what you post online is permanent. 

If the snow ever goes away and you start riding your bike to school every day make sure you bring a lock, use the bike cage, and wear a helmet!
