At #GWMSwpg we focus our learning on the 6 Cs: Collaboration, Communication, Citizenship, Character, Creativity & Critical Thinking*. Recently, Mr. Mead connected with world renowned education author Dr. D. Oasisay (pronounced Oh-see-sai) and learned about a 'C' that we have overlooked all year long. Dr. Oasisay's research proves that young people need to be skilled in the area of COMPLIANCE. To ensure that our students at George Waters MS have the opportunity to learn the art of compliance we will be starting a Saturday school beginning Saturday, April 9, 2016 that will run for the rest of the school year. Students will be asked to report to homerooms for attendance at 10 am and just sit there patiently until 12 pm. To ensure this new program runs well we ask that students ask no questions about why we have chosen to do this, we just ask that they do it. Enjoy the rest of your spring break.
