Parents of children in grade 7 are asked to look for the letter below being sent home today! Grade 7 students will completing the ADSI-E Survey that includes questions about social, emotional and physical health. This is an optional survey for our grade 7s, to opt out, parents are asked to call Mr. Mead directly (204-888-4898 ext 4201). If you have any questions regarding this survey please contact Mr. Solinski (204-888-4898 ext. 4207).
Although parents are able to have their children opt out of this survey we ask that all of our grade 7s complete this as it will provide important data for our school and division moving forward. This group of students will continue to complete this survey as they progress up to grade 12.
