#GWMSwpg Instagram Update


A small change in our Daily Reflections this week. It's a busy time of year and sometimes that can be hard for people. The best way to stay positive is to focus on the good stuff! #GWMSwpg students will be asked to reflect on 3 good things they noticed during their school day when doing their Daily Reflection! People who are grateful tend to be happier, healthier and more fulfilled. Being grateful can help people cope with stress and can even have a beneficial effect on heart rate. This action is easy to do yet its benefits have been scientifically proven. In tests, people who tried it each day for just one week were happier one month, three months and six months later. #GWMSwpg via Instagram http://ift.tt/1UoHCMg
