#GWMSwpg Instagram Update

So many good things happen everyday at #GWMSwpg. All staff have been challenged to write down 3 good things that have happened throughout the day at end of each day. It's a busy time of year and it's always a good idea to focus on the good stuff. The small writing at the top of this image says 'People who are grateful tend to be happier, healthier and more fulfilled. Being grateful can help people cope with stress and can even have a beneficial effect on heart rate. This action is easy to do yet its benefits have been scientifically proven. In tests, people who tried it each day for just one week were happier one month, three months and six months later'. via Instagram
