Registration Information 2015 – 2016

George Waters Middle School students returning to GWMS (current grade 6 and 7 students) for the 2015-16 will be given registration forms on Friday, February 13, 2015. School staff will help students begin complete all forms. The forms will be sent home on Feb 13, 2015 for families to complete. Please return these forms to GWMS by Wednesday, February 18, 2015. It is important that students, when returning these forms, keep them safe as they contain private information.

Residents of St. James-Assiniboia School division will get registration forms at their elementary schools starting Tuesday, Feb. 17th and must return these to their elementary schools by Friday, February 20th, 2015.

Non-residents can register any time and can pick up registration forms anytime. Non-resident applications will be placed on a waiting list. Please return forms to GWMS no later than February 20th. 

  

Staffing and programs offered depend upon enrollment.  To ensure program choice …. Register by the deadline of February 20th, 2015.

Applications to GWMS will be accepted based on the following order: 

1. within the George Waters Middle School catchment (all applications are accepted)
2. within the St. James-Assiniboia School Divison
3. non-residents of the St. James-Assiniboia School Division

All students who are out of catchment that have applied will be notified by March 26, 2015 as to whether or not they have been accepted to George Waters Middle School for the 2015 - 16 school year.
