Registration Forms for the 2015-16 School Year

Registration forms for current students for the 2015-16 school year were sent home TODAY! Please complete them in their entirety and have them returned to homeroom teachers by Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the latest.

It is important that students return the forms safely to their homeroom teacher. Completed forms contain large amounts of personal information and it is important that they don't get lost on the way to school.
