Dropping Off Your Children at GWMS

This It's everyone's responsibility to keep others safe during heavy traffic times at George Waters (before and after school). The speed limit along Ferry Road from September  through June from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm is now 30 km/hr.

Ferry Road is extremely congested before and after school due to the number of cars parked along Ferry Road, school busses, and students being dropped off to school. The best and safest place to drop of your child at GWMS is the student parking lot just passed the bus loop on Ferry Rd. 

Please do not drop off students in the staff parking lot or in the bus loop. This creates an unsafe situation for both staff and students.

It is appreciated when parents drop their children off in the student parking lot. This will help the traffic flow along Ferry Rd for school busses, pedestrians, and parents dropping off their children. Thanks you.
